Steven has concentrated on making the best bagel this side of Montreal. He buys all his ingredients locally and forms, boils and bakes each bagel by hand. The Boule is a sourdough with hints of rye formed in a wicker baneton and baked in a steaming oven.

For Steven we edited a premium WordPress theme to suit his specific needs and allow him to easily manage his content.
